Donate :Our initiatives are all funded by the generosity of individual donors, corporate philanthropy and partner organizations. Because all of your funding goes directly into our philanthropic projects with no office overhead, your funding will have optimal impact in creating sustainable economic opportunity to our rural youth .We also deal with your individual donations with extreme prudency. All such donations go into a separate capital fund of FARO, where only the net income derived from this capital fund will be disbursed towards direct project expenses, leaving the principal value intact as long term capital.
We appreciate your support. To make a contribution to our social mission please follow the guidelines below.

Mentoring volunteer :Volunteering is a core value at FARO. Starting with the founder directors, FARO has been supported by its many associates who have volunteered time and resources to realizing our ambitious goals. We look forward to talented and dedicated professionals volunteering their services in helping us mentor and train the local youth in becoming successful entrepreneurs of their BPO’s. The BPO model that we have is understandably challenging to youth coming from a rural agrarian background and requires an intensive mentoring effort extended over a period to achieve success. The final results are very satisfying and we welcome you to join and share this reward with us.
Please contact us with a resume if you are interested in working with us in any of the projects.
Be a customer : Our BPO’s depend on the flow of work they can attract from their customers. When choosing to assist FARO, our clients make a decision that helps both their company and the BPO’s that we help set up. To our clients, they will be provided with a service at cheaper and equal or better service level. The rural based associates of the BPO’s will benefit by a sustainable revenue stream and a career opportunity that they could have only dreamt of.
The services that are offered are numerous. It ranges from basic accounting data entry work to call center services, language translation services and conversion services (digitizing data from non digital sources). We could customize a particular service for our clients that could be out sourced to one of our BPO’s, or work with other out sourcing companies to have our BPO’s provide sub contract work to them.
Building awareness : FARO looks to building awareness amongst the community at large to gain wider understanding of our social mission and building a positive momentum towards achieving our goals. We maintain an open forum not linked to any family, ethnic, religious or political affiliation. Our mission overrides all of these divides and any person or institution with similar philanthropic interest will have an important role to play in our journey.
